ETCOG Wins Marketing Spotlight Award from South West Transit Association
Hit the Spot - Electronic Category Award for GoBus Promotional Video

ETCOG is pleased to be a first-time recipient of the South West Transit Association's (SWTA) annual Spotlight Awards, which recognizes excellence in marketing and outreach efforts produced by transit providers across SWTA's eight-state region.
ETCOG was notified to have won the Hit the Spot - Electronic Category Award for a video produced by its Communications team to showcase the changes
GoBus underwent from 2018-2020 to improve service and safety procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"I am thrilled that the work of our team is being recognized with this award," said ETCOG Director of Communications, Lindsay Vanderbilt. "The GoBus staff have worked diligently to improve the rider experience, reduce costs, and they have taken every measure to ensure customer safety. It is a pleasure to help share the message of our team working so hard to help others."
The awards – reviewed and judged by marketing and communication professionals at transit agencies and private marketing firms – are among the oldest awards recognizing marketing campaigns and projects in the public transportation industry, first awarded in 1990.
Staff joined other award recipients virtually to share details of their award-winning campaigns and projects at the SWTA's 2021 Summer University Conference held July 20, 2021, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
