Executive Committee
The 16-member Executive Committee meets monthly to provide leadership and oversight between meetings of the full Board of Directors. The committee reviews regional grant recommendations, regional plans, major purchases, vendor contracts, and other organizational business. It helps guide priorities, oversee implementation of Board policies, address routine and time-sensitive matters, and make recommendations to the full Board, supporting an accountable, responsive organization focused on serving East Texas communities.
