Chief Elected Officials / Rural Transportation Planning Organization

The CEO/RTPO Board includes the County Judges for our 14-county region and the Mayors of Longview and Tyler. The Board develops strategic plans for ETCOG and Workforce Solutions East Texas and plans for transportation projects, with guidance from TxDOT officials for the region.
