Request for Proposals - Bus Shelters
The East Texas Council of Governments is accepting proposals from experienced individuals, organizations or teams to manufacture and deliver up to twelve (12) three (3) sided bus shelters with the approximate size being 5’ x 8’ and meeting the specifications listed in the Statement of Work for our three Marshall, Texas flex bus routes. Furthermore, the ETCOG may exercise an option for the manufacture and delivery of up to ten (10) additional shelters at the same per unit charge within the next two (2) years. ETCOG wishes that the proposing entity provide the most reasonable and cost effective manner in which to accomplish the anticipated outcome.

A copy of all questions/responses will be available on the ETCOG website (www.etcog.org). To allow adequate time for ETCOG to research and respond, all questions must be submitted no later than Monday January 23, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. (CST).
No oral explanation in regard to the meaning of the request for proposals will be made and no oral instructions will be given before the award of the contract. Request from interested proposers for additional information or interpretation of the information included in the RFP should be directed, by January 23, 2012, in writing to:

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday February 13, 2012. Any proposal received after the deadline will not be accepted.
