Encompassing 35 municipalities, the East Texas Corridor Council is a regional organization seeking to provide a consensus for improving capacity to secure higher speed rail for the more than 8 million residents along the I-20 and I-69 corridors from Dallas/Ft. Worth to the Arkansas and Louisiana border connections.  ETCOG is the administrative and fiscal agent for the East Texas Corridor Council.
