Benefits Counselor
The Benefits Counselor will assist with the delivery of a public benefits counseling and advocacy program for the elderly, assisting clients in all benefit concerns including Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, health insurance and other public benefit programs. The Information and Assistance 1-800-442-8845 number will be the access center for the Benefits Counseling Program. Work includes maintaining an ongoing knowledge of all statutory and procedural issues related to Benefits Counseling and maintain appropriate compliance both internally and externally.
