Reloadable Card Services

ETCOG is soliciting bids from firms who are interested and have the capabilities to provide reloadable card services by way of an online administrative portal for loading/maintaining cardholder data, (or equal). Bid submissions should address the requirements as set forth in this Invitation to Bid (IFB) to be considered for selection.

The purpose of this IFB is to meet the needs of eligible participants in Workforce programs in their efforts to seek and find gainful employment by providing financial assistance in completing job-search requirements, such as, job interviews, job training, and other related job activities requiring personal vehicle use.

Payment terms are NET 30 upon receipt of invoice by email to , attention Accounts Payable, ETCOG Financial Services.
