Construction Services
The East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) is soliciting Requests for Proposals for Construction Services to reconstruct a home in the City of Jacksonville, Texas. This comes as part of the Disaster Recovery Program efforts associated with Hurricane Ike and Dolly from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Repairs.
The Project Location is 806 North Johnson St. Jacksonville, Texas 75766. This project includes but not limited to the following; demolish and legally dispose of existing structure. Build house according to specification provided in Attachment I. Further project details are located in the RFP documents linked at the bottom of this page.
Response Deadline and Details:
Submission should address the requirements of this Request for Proposals. For mailed or hand delivered items, please have “RFP: Disaster Recovery - Reconstruction”written on the submitted envelope.
In order to be considered, the RFP information must be received in the ETCOG offices no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Time will be established by the clock in the reception area of ETCOG. Questions must be submitted by May 16, 2012. A Proposers Conference will be held on April 30, 2012 at 1:30 PM in the ETCOG Large Conference Room. Project Site Visit has been set for May 11, 2012 from 9 AM to 12 PM.
