Grants & Research Services
 As a direct service to our members (participating cities, counties, school districts and special districts), ETCOG is now providing grant writing and proposal development services. ETCOG's new Grants & Research Analyst, Monique Jackson, is available to work with individuals to find available grant opportunities and work on a fee based or contingency system to write grants for members who request assistance.
In addition to educating ETCOG and its members on available grants, Monique is available to provide community data reports commonly needed for grant proposals.
