In March 2006, the TCEQ Commissioners adopted new Chapter 330 Rules that among other things, required applicants for MSW authorizations for which public notice was specified to post their applications (along with revision) on a publically accessible web site. The Commissioners also required the MSW Permits Section to host the URL link to the applicant's web site. Below are the current TCEQ MSW applications available for public comment.
